Spa facilities on request and for a surcharge and outdoor hot tub only usable if temp above 0 deg C and no snow . Hot tub water is always replaced after guests and natural with no chemicals added. Important Information: 🚌 Winter Shuttle Bus During the winter season, a free shuttle bus (Line 304) operates in Engelberg and stops near the chalet, providing convenient access to the village center, train station, Sports Center (“Sporting Park”), and the Titlis cable car station. ⏱ Travel times: • Village center: ~5 minutes • Titlis valley station: ~9 minutes ________________________________________ ♨️ Wellness Facilities – Hot Tub & Sauna Our brand-new Nordic hot tub (Skärgård, up to 8 people with massage jets) and cedar wood sauna (Finnish + infrared with color therapy) are: • ❌ Not included in the accommodation price (see separate price list) • 💰 Available for an additional fee • 📅 Only available with advance booking Hot tub conditions: • Available only on request (prior order) • Only usable when outside temperature 🌡 is above 0 °C (risk of freezing and damage of system) • Use only if the host or a staff member is able to prepare the hot tub for guests and ensure safe operation 👤 • Prepared by host (cleaning, refilling, wood preparation) • Heating 🔥 is carried out by the guest ________________________________________ 📝 Pre-Arrival Check-In Form All guests are required to complete the pre-arrival check-in form before arrival. Neighborhood
The accommodations is located in a very safe location with mostly holiday homes but also full time residential dwellings situated in the neighborhood. The area is known to have the best views in Engelberg as all surrounding mountains as well as the heart of the village are visible from here. Also there is a very good public transportation connection which is free in the entire village of Engelberg.

There is a free parking possibility for our guests. Just a few metres from the house there are many hiking trails as well as a skiing slope which terminates almost directly at our house. Bus stop for free bus service within 100 metres of our house. Bus number 304 operates from this bus stop, calling at several places in the village centre and terminating at the cable car station for the ski resort (10min). This bus has a 30min interval loop and is entirely free and so are all buses in Engelberg. Note: there is only a bus connection during the ski season which lasts from late autumn until mid spring. In the village centre there are several parking possibilities and you may also walk to the village centre (25 min).
